Is Deep Screen down or something? The reason I'm asking is because I ran that test Malware file and the File Shield detected it but Deep Screen didn't even come up to analyze the file in this beta.

Attach some screenshots..How can some undetected malware be picked up by file sheild until its filerep or evo-gen detection. How do you know deepscreen is offline??

Deepscreen isnt totally to par currently. They are working on completely revamping its working and design with new technologies like something they call NG service,SnsSQL and Dyna-gen in beta 2 coming this week.

What are your Hardened Mode settings ?

If you have it set to Aggressive, essentially you are bypassing deepscreen.

Deepscreen dfdn't even pop up a box about it analyzing that file and here is the screenshot:
I hope this helps some.
@ DavidR
I didn't even have hardened mode activated and now it is set to aggressive.
Thanks for helping me.

Well setting it to enabled and Aggressive, will mean that you are unlikely to see any deepscreen activity. So if the object is to have more deepscreen activity, that is unlikely to achieve it.

Currently in the beta1 the deepscreen module isn't great, but more work has been done on it which should be seen in the next beta refresh.
