3 weeks and no response to ticket

I have had a ticket sitting now for 3 weeks and have had absolutely no reply. What on earth do you have to do to have your tickets seen to here? It's shocking that it's taking so long.

I doubt it can be solved here as it's a refund request. I've been waiting 3 weeks for just a reply to the ticket. My previous post was reported to moderators but it didn't help :-/
