My computers all show Account Status: Not Connected when I click Settings, General.
When I click the Connect Now button, I get a My Devices screen showing Loading ... forever. I have left it at this My Devices screen for over an hour with no change (still shows Loading after one hour).
This has been going on for several weeks. Any ideas how to get computers to connect?
