Using the Avast SOA to look at two clients. The status show all shields started except Mail. It reports "Mail Shield WAITING". What does this mean exactly, what is it waiting for and what should I do about it. Client is running XP SP3 and the other is W1 SP1. Program version 8.0.1603
Separate but related question... Is there a doc that explains the meaning, cause and response to every (warning, error etc) message that Avast displays? Seems like every customer could benefit from it. It would save lots forum discussion.
