Anti-Theft and VPN

Am I right in thinking that if I use both Secureline VPN and Anti-theft I won't be able to use the location facility if my device goes missing?

No, you are wrong.
The vpn tries to hide your location on the internet, not the location of your phone.
It still connects to the nearest Telco antenna.
