Just to report that after uninstalling some (testing) programs last days the major leftovers not cleaned by AC are:
1. Files on ProgramData related to that particular program.
2. Start Menu links (and folder), specially when moved from the default installation folder (root).
3. Registry keys (if any) are not even touched.
