Question about web-site blocking feature

We know that HTTPS scanning was included into beta-version, but web-site blocking feature still not working with https neither in beta1 nor beta2. A lot of users asking to add this feature, can we expect it'll be implemented in final release?

I believe this bug has been reported before, but nothing has been done so far - it really is crucial now that https traffic is scanned, so we have to be able to block https URLs if required.
