Lords thrice claim without response, bought Grime Fighter is very bad and I want to return the money. I don't want that product.
I hope a formal answer

Creating multiple tickets/changing a existing one will put you back to the bottom of the stack.
avast is trying to handle them within 10 business days.

It is not a good idea to post your name and email address on a public webboard unless you like to receive a lot of spam.
