Sorry, I didn't explain clearly. Let me try again:

If Avast!  find some suspicious emails (according to what I set), it will display 3 small windows one by one.
I will clicked 'Delete' button in the first window, then
I will clicked also 'Delete' button in the second window.
In the third window, the 'Suspicous Message!' window, I can click 'Continue' button or 'Block it' button. However, on cliking any one of them, my Windows XP stopped for a few minutes....sometimes even need to switch off the power(cannot do restart).
So, my Windows XP will crash whenever Avast! find virus in coming email in MS Outlook.

No, it should show you just one window..., i.e., it should ask only one.
Are you sure it wasn't three diferent emails?
Are you using any spam killer? If so, maybe one question is for it and another for your email client...

So, my Windows XP will crash whenever Avast! find virus in coming email in MS Outlook.
No, it shouldn't...  ::)

Yes, 3 windows one by one.
All 3 windows come from Avast! and the information are different in 3 windows.
Only for one email!!!!!

No spam killer in my XP.

No spam killer in my XP.
I asked for official help... I receive two warnings: one for spamihilator and other for avast.
I can't disable the spam killer (at avast4.ini file [IgnoreProcess] value) because, this way, iPush updates of avast! do not work for me  :'(

What is the sensitivity of the STANDARD SHIELD provider in avast?

Good shot... I forgot this  :-[
If the Standard Shield is at High, it could detect the file too?
But, what about the third warning?

Did Vlk speak to me? If it is, my answer is
In Standard Shield, the sensitivity is High and all the others are also High.

Try moving it to Normal and see if it makes any difference.

The Standard Shield may actually be picking up temp files written by the Outlook Shield. :)

If it helps, you can revert it to High, and add the following mask to the Standard Shields exception list (located on its "Advanced" config page):

*\AvO*.tmp

Thanks

Does this occur with other email programs (OE, TB, etc.)? Is there a mask to add into the Exclusion list?
If not, why the users can receive more than one virus alert?

VLK,

A new email with virus!
First window with title "A virus was found", I clicked "Delete" button.
Second window with title "Delete file(s)" and option "Delete file(s) permanently", I clicked "Delete" button.
No third window but the MS Outlook window losted all information, it became a white window.....

Tech,

There is a difference between Avast+OutlookExpress and Avast+MSOutlook in my WindowsXP:
When open MSOutlook, I can see a window (not clear and quickly disappeared) with strings "ANTIVIRUS" and "avast" over the MSOutlook window.
When open OutlookExpress, no such avast window.

My problem looks is not easy to be solved :(

This is by design: Outlook/Exchange is a plugin while Internet Mail is a provider. There isn't a splash screen for Outlook Express.

My problem looks is not easy to be solved :(
In fact, it is already solved as it does not exist  ;D

What? You said my problem is already solved? what you mean by "it does not exist"?
I have been waiting for answer but now you say "it does not exist"! At least, Avast aet all memory and sometimes crashed Windows XP when I get suspicious email.

Tech was trying to say that Outlook Express is protected in a completely different way than full Outlook - and there is no splash screen supposed to be shown there.
