At a clients site that uses 'shortcuts' software for booking appointments they have online bookings. This is handled by mylocalsalon.com . Everytime they now access this site (mostly from background process MyOnlineAgent.exe) it sets off an alarm. I was not able to add an exception for some reason. I tried *mylocalsalon.com and the exception seems to be ignored by web site protection.
Back in my shop I openned my browser and tried it with avast running and I get the same warning. Interesting to know if anyone else running shortcuts/avast software is having this problem. If not then anyone have any input on this problem?
