Thats a reason why i do not like Android........

But sooner or later Windows Mobile may be targeted depending on the user base.

Indeed. It's surprisingly secure due to virtualization/sandboxing.
I could never understand why didn't these technologies migrate to PC...

I upgraded my newest computer to windows 10 around a week ago.  I like it but I can't find the control panel in start list.  I go to settings, search, type in control panel and that's the only way I can find it.

Could someone please tell me an easier way?

I still use 'Classic Start Menu' and Control Panel is right there on the upper right.
