I run the trouble shooter again, restarted my computer and did not get what it showed in my screen shot.

One of the nice things about Windows 10:  You don't have to go looking elsewhere for troubleshooters most of the time.  Besides, you can't fix something if you don't know it is broke.

A simple fix is to update to Windows 10.

Hi, how to fix the Defender security issue? Auto update will do the job?

One way to fix it it to not use Defender. I use Avast.
Microsoft has already released a Patch.
