It was offered to some others as well, from what I gathered in my Reddit thread about this. Also it seems like it really shouldn't've been offered to home users, like already noted here, so it's Microsoft acting up again probably
Sorry but without some actual facts, I'm not about to blame Microsoft for this one. They have enough things to be blamed for already.

Autopilot is KB4523786, the other one was Cumulative Update for .NET Framework KB4522741.
