Windows 10 KB4556799 update won't install, has audio issues, bugs
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-10-kb4556799-update-wont-install-has-audio-issues-bugs/
Apparently not available on v2004
Well I haven't got v2004 yet, but it was fine on 1909, as far as I can tell.  I haven't bumped into any issues mentioned in the article.
The update in question installed with no issues on my systems both 1909(2)
Microsoft is investigating issues in latest Windows 10 update

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-10-kb4556799-update-breaks-wireless-lte-connectivity/
Could we get the link for the source, Microsoft, instead of all this pass along stuff from Bleeping Computers? Thanks

I have this new feature version 2004 waiting to be downloaded and installed on my Windows 10 PC'S But after have reading this  "We recommend that you do not attempt to manually update using the Update now button or the Media Creation Tool until this issue has been resolved".  I'm afraid to install it

Your computer, your choice. I've been running this for several week already without any problems.

Why then did Microsoft on May 27 show this  We recommend that you do not attempt to manually update using the Update now button or the Media Creation Tool until this issue has been resolved.

Presumably because of these reports of some people are reporting (whilst they investigate).  Don't forget there are many permutations of what is installed on hundreds of millions of user systems.

It doesn't impact everyone, unless you have software related to the issues in the links previously given.  In your case I would wait as recovery from any issue could be complex.

I'm downloading Win 10 upgrade 2004 now via 'Windows Update Assistant' from 1909.
See how it goes.

Edit:
Seems these upgrades are taking longer and longer. Over 2 1/2 hours was my experience on Primary machine.
All went smoothly, no apparent issues

I want to install this update but I don't know what this means

To me it is fairly plain, Windows now lets you do this 'Make your device passwordless' (sign in without  password, if you are doing this now), not that you actually have to.

Why you don't take advantage of a google search, etc. that returns many hits https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Make+your+device+passwordless
Note some of these are old, last year, so this has been going on for a while.

Read the articles, especially the one from Forbes.com - Swapping passwords for PINs - section.

Don't forget you don't have to do this, you can continue to use a password.
