Use the boot disk to enter Recover Mode:
This is how Users can Enter Recovery Mode in Windows 10
Press F11 During the System Startup. ...
* Enter Recover Mode With the Start Menu's Restart Option. ...
* Enter Recovery Mode With a Bootable USB Drive. ...
* Select the Restart now Option. ...
* Enter Recovery Mode With the Command Prompt.
* Once in Recovery Mode, Rollback to before the update. This has to be done within 10 days of the update.

Well would you believe it, only yesterday did I eventually get Windows 10 2004, I wonder I will even manage to get it this year ;)
