That's a Browser specific problem not Windows 10 or 11. You didn't mention which browser or the website.

Have you got any add-ons/extensions installed (one of them might be considered as blocking)  ?
Try running the browser with add-ons/extensions disabled, if it works then one of them is likely to be the culprit.  Now you have to find which one.
