I'm certainly in no rush to update, not sure if I would even like Windows 10. If Microsoft follows pattern of alternating between good and bad operating systems then 10 may prove to be one of the good ones. However, MS seems to be messing up a lot lately,so I'll let the early adapters deal with all the problems and bugs, I'll wait a few months until they are ironed before before I decide if I'm going to update or not. Perfectly happy with Windows 7 here, no need here to always have the latest and greatest.

What I'm wondering is this. I have 8.1 core edition with a copy of 10 reserved on my primary HDD. I also have the 10130 Win 10 Pro 10130 on my second HDD. I wonder if I will receive the release version on both drives. I was planning on wiping the second drive after release.
I've already removed the Windows 10 partitions on all but one computer and will be waiting for the update on these computer to Windows 10 on 7/29/2015.
Once Windows 10 is released, I'll only keep one computer that still dual boots to either Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
I really don't see any reason to have dual boot after the release. I'll probably just go with 10. I think I'm keeping 7 on my laptop though..

I personally will be keeping W8.1 on one LT and go with W10 on the other.
Actually looking forward to the new OS. :)

Windows 10 is currently still a beta version and needs to be treated as a beta. You assume the risks when you run any beta program.

He asked it on the SuperAntiSpyware forum, but got no answer. So I came here thought that you guys should know since most of you will be going for Windows 10. So I can answer his question on the SuperAntiSpyware forum.

He needs to be patient or ask again.

Some here might still use SAS but I believe most use MBAM who's most recent update 2.1.8 ( still in roll out ) is Win10 compatible.

@bob3160

This is the reason I want to buy 2 windows 10 laptops.  I don't know where the license is for my win 7 or my win 8.1.

I don't know where the license is for my win 7 or my win 8.1.

It's included in your OS partition. That's how Microsoft knows if your copy of Windows is legit.
Dell Inspiron, Win10x64--HP Envy Win10x64--Both systems Avast Free v17.9.2322, Comodo Firewall v8.2 w/D+, MalwareBytes v3.0, OpenDNS, Super Anti-Spyware, Spyware Blaster, MCShield, Unchecky, Vivaldi Browser and, various browser security tools.

If you need to recover your license, you can always use a program like Product KeyFinder from Magic Jelly Bean:
