Those of us on the preview build channel have then already received Windows 10 Threshold 2:

It has often been my experience that phone support people really don't know what they're doing. Most of the time they have to "escalate" the issue to get an answer. I have had much better luck with live chat reps or through email. Email replies, however, often don't address the issue in question. My best support has always come through Google searches and trying what others have done to resolve the same issue.

Both of those articles show that the companies' phone support personnel need better training.

@ Pondus,It also emphasizes that book worm wonders aren't always the people you need to rely on
to give you actual hands on technical advice.
Quite often, learning via the trial and error method makes you more competent than reading
an article in some book or magazine.
Give me an expert who has learned his trade from the ground up over a book worm anytime. :)

Thanks Pondus. I was reading the same. It's almost unbelievable that this security can't migrate to PCs...
The market share answer also has it's truth, or it isn't? :)

Don't feel bad, I've updated 4 computers at home and #5 is telling me that it's totally up to date
with version 10240.

Wonder if it's because this is just a Home version so further down the chain in the update line ???
