Yes, I have been waiting for it for what seems an eternity, but 2018-1803 should also be in the queue  as it is a supported version.

To add the Avast Password Manager to the Chromium Based Edge Browser,
go to Settings > Extensions. Turn on Allow extensions from Other Stores.
Once that's done, you can follow these directions:

Microsoft throws in the towel on Windows 10 1809
Basically, If you haven't received it by now, you'll probably never get it and
go directy to 1903 (or what ever they wind up calling the release due in May, 2019)

Well this bodes well (NOT) for future updates the number they have screwed up along the way isn't good.  When they are in control of the releases (damn slow) now they are effectively saying they don't want to release two features updates too close together. 

The short answer is get your backside in gear and release features updates in a timely manner and this collision shouldn't happen.

If you want the next release of Windows 10 early, you can get it by using the Media Creation Tool
It's available here: https://software-download.microsoft.com/download/pr/MediaCreationTool1903.exe
Early installation is only suggested for a select few and, installing it early also means you need to accept the risks
associated with early releases.
Back Up your current system BEFORE you install the new Windows 10 Build 18362.1
I have one test machine that will be receiving this upgrade shortly.
