Just received a "cumulative update" 07/19 (KB4505903) on a Saturday near the end of a month no less.
Seems they come anytime nowadays.

At least you have 1903, for me the saga continues.

I think that's really quite amazing you haven't received that OS upgrade.
I guess obviously you have decided not to use the 'Media Creation Tool' to upgrade to 1903.
Still wierd you have not been upgraded ???

I haven't been able to do anything with this update.

Resetting updates etc hasn't helped.

That's the first time it attempted to install it for me also and has never succeeded.

I'm sure you've checked on forums/ windows/ MS etc. for others who might also have issues with that particular update.

I have no desire to go down that path as yet, but the MS Feature updates have been absolutely cr4p, it took a long time before I even got 1803.   I never got 1807 and because MS were getting so close to releasing 1903, they stopped doing the 1807 feature update. Then 1903 got stopped because of issues and here we are a bloody gain.

Hell we are now in the territory of 1907 feature update surely of the 07 has any meaning and I still waiting on 1903.

Nothing here so far, however I would have to restart to see anything if it were going to happen.

The latest Win 10 Cumulative update sure put Cortana in a Frenzy using mid to high CPU resources for easily 5 minutes. Eventually settled down.
I'll bet it had something to do with the "people" function and "accepting" the new settings to accommodate 'visual recognition' that one had to accept or deny during Update. ???

Was apparent on both machine updates

Anyone else experiencing continuous High CPU useage by Cortana after the lateat Win 10 Cumulative update. (KB4511555) and (KB 4512941)

Both Machines. ???

Seems there is a definite problem with KB 4512941

Yup, was using 20% of my CPU, would not settle down. Todays update caused it, found a solution on Windows 10 forums, had to edit a couple of registry values, fixed it right away.
