Sorry but misleading headlines aren't helpful. It's up to us to sort them out and clarify that type of
misleading information.
Changing them could infringe copyright, therefore I leave them as they are.
Sorry, but that's taking a cop out. You have every right and should report the truth.
Not at all Bob, but the laws (EU) are rather strict/clear.
But we're getting OT, feel free to contact me via PN for details.

I don't believe there is anything to stop you changing a headline (in this context), the url link shows 'their' headline and you are pointing to 'their' content, you aren't changing or copying copy written material.

There is also nothing to stop you stating in the post that it isn't available in the current Win10 version.
Or to quote an extract of the article under the link you post, e.g.
Quote from: Extract of Article
The Windows 10 20H1 Update will introduce a new cloud recovery feature that allow users to reset their PC using Windows files downloaded from Microsoft’s servers.

As David stated, No reason why you can't clarify the inaccuracies of headline you're passing along.
Or, if the headline is misleading, simply don't post it.

Microsoft releases Windows 10 build 18362.387 with a whole bunch of fixes
https://www.neowin.net/news/microsoft-releases-windows-10-build-18362387-with-a-whole-bunch-of-fixes

=============================================================================
Today's update is optional, meaning that if you check for updates in Windows Update, you'll be given the option to download and install it. If you don't take it, it won't automatically install it.
Instead, the fixes will be bundled into next month's Patch Tuesday update, which will install automatically.
==============================================================================
Recomended if you ask me, then any new bugs may be fixed   ;)

No issues.

Got one Cumulative update awaiting download, downloaded, installed and restarted.  This one wasn't optional, but didn't take long.

I normally check for updates again after reboot and that is when I was offered the optional one which I accepted, this one it taking longer to download still only 19%. Really slow.

EDIT:  Finally finished 12min to download and about 4 mins to complete after reboot, no issues reported.

I also like to run 'check for Updates' manually after initial update offers\
It is common for me to be offered additional update/s after a reboot.
I recall once I was offered an update yet again after the second reboot.....but only once a while back. :)

I'm pretty much in the same habit, in always checking again after restart (even if multiple updates/restarts) and occasionally I have got another.

Windows 10 1909 Coming Soon, Here Are the New Features
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-10-1909-coming-soon-here-are-the-new-features/
Since version 1903 didn't really arrive till 1905, I highly doubt that 1909 will be here in the next 3 days.
Having said that, you should now have lots of time to learn all about the new features being announced. :)

Given their prior form on delivery of feature updates, I'm not holding my breath.  If I hadn't used the Windows Update Assistant thingy, I would probably still be waiting the update to 1903 (from 1803), never did get 1809.

So what do you do when you run into one of these,

I had not used this computer in about 2 weeks and turned it on to update various programs.
After the updates completed including Avast Omni and a restart, I now went to shut off the system
and have been looking at this screen for the past 1 hr.
I'm making this post on another laptop. :)

So 5 min. after posting this, the computer finally shut off. Guess there must have been large Windows 10 update that processed.
I've restarted the system and all is well.
The moral of the story is, Be Patient not always easy to do. :)
