My computer froze while I was doing a windows 10 update and now it won't turn on. I tried with a boot disk but it doesn't restore my system, it happened to you in the last update?

Use the boot disk to enter Recover Mode:

• Enter Recover Mode With the Start Menu's Restart Option. ...
• Enter Recovery Mode With a Bootable USB Drive. ...
• Select the Restart now Option. ...

That article should be pretty misleading from what I know, SSDs aren't defragged by that tool, instead they're trimmed and I've heard that you can trim a disk as much as you want.

That's the problem with these One Liner notices. They're designed to grab your attention but not necessarily offer actual help.

I felt it was pretty much forced (or by stealth) on us some time ago and we have had In Windows Ads/promo/pushing Edge.  That for me is Microsoft abusing its position already.
