Yes I would call that confusing, mine has a whole slew of them (see attached and that wasn't all of them), which I think I saw a while ago and basically ignored.  Outside of visiting Intel to see what driver updates were available.  I'm very wary abut updating drivers as they are fraught with danger if a driver update fails.
