Can`t connect my device Avast Premier

Hi there, just reinstalled Avast Premier and I can`t seem to connect to my account via connect now... So far I have uninstalled all browsers except IE and have also downloaded and run Malwarebytes but nothing was found. I am now completely lost as to what to do next. Really need some help people but also your patients was I really don`t have a lot of experience.
