Logging for Intrusion Detection or Prevention - Android
« on: October 10, 2014, 07:40:01 PM »
(I tried searching on IDS, but there were so many hits.... anywho....)

Does Avast mobile have a log file for IDS - Intrusion Detection System?  Or Intrusion Prevention System?

More specifically, is there a log file if someone tries to hack/access my mobile android phone remotely, via a PC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth,  CDMA or the carriers mobile protocol, or from another phone?

By log file, I mean the date time stamp, MAC Address, IP address, and or cellphone number?

Why? So I can know if my so called friends/colleagues are hacking my phone, or what public places I'm getting hacked.

I want to either confront these friends with a warning or turn in the abusers to cyber crime law enforcement.

Thanks.

No, it is not implemented yet and being straight, this is another level of security which should not be done on android level - there are too much logs in system and very few readable by apps.
