I can't uninstall tool Spyware Cease

I can not remove Spyware Cease and it seems that Avast does not detect it as malware. What I can do?

Hi flcastilla! For any issues/problems regarding malware it should be posted in the virus/malware section. Please follow the steps mentioned here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 and a malware expert/authorized user(s) will then assist you.
