Windows Security Center does not Detect avast Antivirus

So Windows defender does not detect avast antivirus.... how do i fix this tried rebooting a couple of times but stil doesen't work

Repair avast!:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> avast!
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
