can anyone help me please. after installing avast a few days my computer has completely crashed. it will no longer bring up restore, let me access my hotmail and varios other programs relating to windows. when doing the initial scan on startup, a lot of errors came up relating to windows, not knowing much about computers i deleated them, is there anyway that i can restore my computer back to before i installed this bloody program. please help
