Avast Secureline won't work anymore

Hello,

I paid a yearly subscription for Secureline and Internet security together.
It was first installed on a Windows 7 machine. Later I bought a Windows 8.1 portable, uninstalled Avast from the Windows 7 and re-installed on the windows 8.
The first days everything was OK.
Now the Internet security suite works fine but the Secureline won't start. In the user interface, under tools/SecureLine it writes:
"SecureLine has encountered a technical issue"

Any help would be really appreciated.

There have been numerous others with this error message'
Unfortunately, there is next to No Technical support in this Sub Forum for SECURELINE.

We did have a technical issue which made the service unavailable but has since now been fixed.
