How can I keep these pop ups from appearing ? they are overwhelming me !

You do not have the latest version installed as you would have known if you looked at the page I gave you.
Install the latest version to solve the problem.

U don't have to get so shitty about it. Updates are normally automatic from AVAST, so I assumed the latest was  already  installed. I have downloaded and installed. No thanks to your arrogance.
