When this module is installed system shuttdown takes more time - in my case thats around ~3 seconds (measured), which might not sound like big deal, but since I run on SSD I noticed that instantly. Turning module OFF dont solve problem, it has to be uninstalled. Other modules dont cause such problems.
I'm runing on win 7 SP1 64-bit.
