New install not show up at Device list

Win 7 64 bit Ent.
VM machine
First try install avast_12.3.3154, register (it ask me email address) and update program, PC not show up at Device list
Then uninstall, install avast_17.1.3394, register (it did not ask me email), PC still not show up at Device list
How can I know which email address it connected to My Avast account? then I can unregist and re-regist again

Just test to add devices by install from "Secure another device" download and its work, the offline install cannot add device to my.avast

I think at the time those of us (avast users) that help here didn't have a solution or workaround to be able to answer. We only knew that the linkage to the avast account had been temporarily removed.
