Enable HTTPS scanning not present

I don't have option for enable HTTPS scanning under setting in Avast 2015

Settings -> Active Protection (I use a localized Avast. The original English might be different.) -> Web Shield -> Customize.

HTTPS scanning is not supported on Windows XP and Windows Vista as far as i can remember.

Correct it isn't available for Vista, winXP or earlier OSes.
