Today, whenever I did a scan of my computer with avast be it quick or full system scan, my computer begins slowing down to a crawl until I am forced to manually shut it down. It usually feezes up around 1%. after the third or so go, I checked to see if I should update and I proceeded onto the next version. However, this did not fix the problem. anyone have any ideas?
