LOG IN TO THE AVAST ACCOUNT

Good afternoon. I try to log in to the avast account. After input of login and the password there is Phone_Registration_falled error. This situation is observed both in Mobile Security & Antivirus and in Anti-Theft. Before everything was normal.

There seem to be issues with the server.

This problem is observed since October 22. Support is silent. I don't think that can't solve a problem on the server so long

All servers are running  and there is no issue with logging in or registering new account.
