It hasn't work out for me. Not any response from Avast but ticket confirmation number that I posted above.

I have sent your ticket number to our refund team and asked them to expedite your case.  I'll let you know as soon as I get confirmation from them that the refund has been issued.

Your refund was processed on our side today.  It could take a few days for you bank to process it but be sure it has now been handled on our side.
