Thank you for responding, I really do appreciate someone actually replying. I did do a search and found no phone number, that is why I asked my question. Your link doesn't tell me anything except to have patience. I have patience, but if a company tells me to expect a response in a certain amount of time, then I expect that response. If it is longer, then change the timeframe inside the ticket process and the auto-reply. Then I wouldn't post this. They also have a deadline for refunds. I do not want to miss that deadline, because I am sure they will hold true to that one.
A company cannot expect someone to come to there forums to find out there is a delay, they expect to be told that up front. If you call a company don't they tell how long your wait time is?
