I've received an IM with the following text:
Yes I just started using the avast home version. The icon that says change skin is not lit up when i go to menu. It won't let me click on it at all. Right now I have no skin at all. It is just a white box. So since i couldn't clik on change skin in the menu I tried to download a skin. It says it downloads it, but after it does I get tje page with the 5 steps to to your scan etc. I don't know why it is not loading the skin into my software. I am at a loss, don't know how to get this to work. If this doesn't answer all your questions tell me what else you need to know.
Does anybody know what is happening?
