Problem submitting a new undetected malware sample to avast

Hello all!

I am submitting a new undetected malware sample to avast using this web form:

http://www.avast.com/en-us/contact-us.php?subject=VIRUS-FILE

However after the submission, I receive a email message with this message:

"Your email was deleted, if you need to contact us please use web form ..."

Whats the deal here?

Did you test the sample at www.virustotal.com  ?

Have you tried sending the sample from avast chest? ...... or mail

Hello!

I did test with virustotal, here is the link:

I didnt submitted by email or chest... The file is on my android phone... I always download the suspected files to my phone to avoid accidentaly infection on my computer.
