It's a bit frustrating as many users have that problem and nobody of Avast seems to take care of that issue? This problem came up with one of the last 'makeovers' of myAvast while the installation on the affected phones remained unchanged.

So please Avast, can you give a statement when that problem will be fixed again?

almost after each update I removed and reinstalled Mobile Security and Antitheft. The problem stays the same. So that's not the problem. This also happens when installaing the software on a 'fresh'/new device...

Can you please provide an OS version, avast version and what exactly will happen if you will try to go to account/fix connection problems? Thank you very much. And I am sorry, but this forum is kind of abandoned, seems that I am the only one who is going here - please be patient, I will answer you, but not in the same or next day. Sorry for that.

4.4.4 on both devices (Sony Xperia Z1 compact/Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet) with recent play store version of Avast Mobile Security and Antitheft (Premium user). When using 'fix connection problems', only the status date/time is refreshed @my.avast. Shields etc. are still reported as 'off'/'n/a'

So yes, this a bug from implementing badges for my avast and will be fixed asap. The application itself is not affected, only the reporting to my avast is broken. Already fixed in beta version. Thank you.

I'm sorry, but it's NOT fixed in the latest (public) beta. Just tested... :-(
