Does the run command work ?  If so open that and type in rstrui.exe

You may have to re-install the preview then

Will the .ISO do that?

Ok,
Do you know how Filerep got on my system, and how it works?

The "Setup.exe" in the .ISO file is just repeatedly saying "Windows"

Filerep is basically an file unknown  to Avast that it is not sure about, and being a technical preview it is not surprising

So, it could be a trojan; a worm; And Avast cannot identify its type. Well. Thats inconvenient. :-\ The .ISO does not appear to be working; would you be able to instruct on how to install it. It's just repeating: "Windows"

No as it was reporting system files it means that they are different to what it expected as they would be in a new version

As it is an ISO do you have it on a CD or USB as a bootable device ?

I haven't tried doing it at boot yet. Just running "Setup.exe"
