Which would be good advise, if it hadn't wiped my whole system clean; meaning I can't revert back to Windows-8.

That will not allow you to install windows 8.1 the sticker may be underneath if it is a laptop

For some reason, I am no longer a Admin on my laptop, Thus cannot run "Setup.exe"

That appears to have been deleted. Whenever I try and reset my laptop in "Repair your computer" it says that it is missing a recovery partition.
