OSX - Problem installing Avast after removing Sophos
« on: November 11, 2014, 04:26:50 AM »
I have removed Sophos in order to install Avast, but when I try installing it I get a message saying it cannot install due to my having Sophos on my computer.

I was looking at other posts here on the Avast site and saw one reference that I have to delete any reference to Sophos in my filesystem; how do I get onto my filesystem?

Anything you can give to this clueless individual would be most appreciated!

Thanks!

have you checked Sophos website/forum for uninstall instructions?
