We currently have about 150 out of 600+ systems with the client installed and the number of alerts we are getting is becoming unmanageable. Since we have the web shield setup to teminate the connection if malicious activity is detected I do no want to be notified every time it happens. Is there a way I can set it up so we are not notified if certain shields detect something? Also does anyone know of any documentation that would cover the variables and their settings for the admin.ini file? I would like to create a custom subject for the alert emails and I read in another post this may be possible if set in the ini file. IMO this is something that should be easier to customize in the console and not have to jump through hoops to customize the alert settings. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
