How to disable Avast NG and VBox?

Hi, I would like to disable Avast NG (ngtool.exe, ngservice.exe) and the VBox (AvastVBoxSVC.exe).

How do I disable them?

Reason is they use too much CPU and Memory usage. My laptop is overheating.

Let me guess, not using a laptop cooler and laptop is on a flat surface.
Control panel > software > avast > change > remove the NG component
