Update license message

I have only been using avast! 4 pro for three months...but I just received a notice saying I needed to update the software. I can not find any email address or phone number to ask about this. Does anyone know how to contact someone ... or know what this notice means? Thank you.

Did you bought a key for it or are you running it as trial?
Is your system date/time still correct?

Yes to both questions. I bought a one year license in May of this year. Is there no way to contact the company?

Is your system date/time correct?
Do you use copy & paste method?
Are you sure you do not include the 'last blank space' in the paragraph while copying & pasting?
