Mobile Security not upgrading to Premium after payment

Being a long-time user of Avast, I installed it on my Note 4 then immediately paid for Premium upgrade.
Received the licence key and followed all instructions - click on the already havelicense link and it returns you to the home screen, it gives an orange "processing" message for a fraction of a second, then reverts to "Go Premium" with an orange circle beside it (looks like it's a download indicator) but this doesn't move. Is this an issue or am I just out of luck?

Did you inserted the voucher to the product? This is tricky part, please follow to our support for more information. Thanks
