Grimefighter and the keyboard

I'm taking the freedom to translate and ask for help in the behalf of another user:

I have Avast Internet Security and decided to bought GrimeFighter. When I've restarted the PC, my keyboard got crazy and I can't make login as the keyboard is dead.
I can't use my notebook!
I'm regretting of Avast as it does not have technical support!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks to me that person is using a old(er) avast version since the problem has been solved already.
There was a bug in the keyboard drivers.

Hookup a external keyboard, install the latest avast version (clean installation is best), reboot.
That should solve the problem.
