Since update to AVAST 2015 SP1 (10.0.2208) I can no longer get to games on MSN

I often play Hearts, Spades, or Backgammon on the MSN Game Zone, however since the update to AVAST 2015 SP1 (10.0.2208) I can no longer connect to these games.
If I disable aVast shields then I get to the games.

I'd welcome any advice or info.

Update:

Narrowed it down to the Web Shield, then on the advice from Support disabled HTTP(S) scanning in the Web Shield.
Can now access the games, but not sure of the risks of running with that feature disabled.
