Suddenly AVAST! is blocking Win-7 updates. 7 of 13 failed because of access issues. I tried adding Microsoft.* and MSN.* to my "exceptions" tab, but to no avail.
I could not disable the Web Protection is Safari.
I finally had to UNINSTALL Avast! to allow the updates to complete.
Additionally, many of my "Bookmarked" pages are now blocked with "access denied" errors. All of my local network access are denied.
I'd like to reinstall this, but the new release make my computer unusable.
Help and advise is solicited.
